Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, in order to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations and Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge for the service will be applied to your account.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In this case, you will still be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled service.
Emergency Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis.
